How much does it cost? +
₹399 per month, ₹3,999 per year, or ₹6,000 for two years — per clinic, with every feature and unlimited staff logins on every plan. Every clinic starts with a 14-day free trial.
Does it need the internet? +
Core actions — register a patient, book an appointment, take a payment — keep working during a short outage and sync automatically when you are back online. Reporting and first-time setup need a connection.
Can my receptionist use it? +
Yes. Basic computer literacy is enough. Every everyday task is three clicks from the home screen, and most receptionists are comfortable within an afternoon.
Does it work on my phone? +
Yes — any modern mobile browser, on the receptionist's PC and on your phone. There is nothing to install and no app-store account to create.
Are the invoices GST-compliant? +
Invoices are itemised and GST-aware, with partial payments and a UPI deep-link so patients can pay from the invoice. CliniDent does not file returns for you.
What will WhatsApp cost me? +
Reminders and review requests go out as free wa.me deep links by default — you approve each one. If you want fully automated sending, the WhatsApp Cloud API is an optional paid add-on per clinic.
Can I get my data out? +
Yes. Export is supported. Your patient data is yours — if you ever leave, you take it with you.
Does it handle multiple chairs and dentists? +
Yes — one clinic with several chairs and dentists is exactly what CliniDent is built for, at one price. Multiple branches (separate locations rolled up together) are on the roadmap, not in the product today.
Is patient data safe? +
Each clinic's data is isolated from every other clinic's. Staff see only what their role allows — a visiting associate sees only their own day.
