Most software for dental clinics grew by adding features. Charting, then claims, then multi-branch, then an app, then more. Each one made sense to someone. Together they made a product that a solo dentist needs a week of training to use and a spreadsheet to understand the bill for.

A different starting point

CliniDent started from the opposite end: what is the least software that still runs a one-to-four-chair clinic well? The answer turned out to be a short list — patients, appointments, multi-visit treatment, invoicing, the money ledger, and WhatsApp reminders. So that is what we built, and we stopped there on purpose.

What that gets you

What we are not building

No tooth-by-tooth charting, no insurance-claim engine, no native app, no hospital modules. Not because they are bad ideas — because adding them would make CliniDent the thing it was built to replace.

Made in India, for Indian clinics

GST invoices, UPI collection, WhatsApp as the normal way to reach a patient, and screens that work on the hardware a Tier 2 or Tier 3 clinic actually has. Regional-language screens for front-desk staff are on the way.
